Sustainability and carbon neutrality are important to us.
This shop has been made climate-neutral by our partner and thus invests in social projects. All CO₂e emissions generated during the implementation of the TU Hamburg online shop and during ongoing operations were recorded and offset by a recognised climate protection project.

A few additional words on this: 100% sustainable products are still often priced higher than comparable, conventional products. Our aim at TU Hamburg is to combine sustainability and affordability. When selecting products, we make sure that our TU Hamburg merchandise products fulfil at least one of the following criteria: special quality and durability, recycled or organic products, production within Europe or in compliance with outstanding social standards.

Together with our merchandising partner, our aim is to only sell items that have been produced in a way that conserves resources and complies with social standards. Where this is not yet the case, we want to adequately support projects that demonstrably support sustainable development and CO2 neutrality.
